Privacy Policy
Effective June 11, 2026. Our products are in active development, and we will update this policy as they evolve.
The short version: your photos, stories, conversations, and personal information live on hardware you own and inside AI accounts you control. We designed our products so that Spirantix never stores, sees, or sells your personal data.
Who we are
Spirantix.ai ("Spirantix," "we," "us") is a division of FutureInSites, LLC. We build AI companions, including Emery, Capsa, and Addie, designed especially for seniors and their families. You can reach us anytime at hello@spirantix.ai or through our contact form.
Your data stays with you
Our products are local-first by design:
- You store your own data. Photos, names, relationships, calendars, task lists, stories, and anything else our agents help you manage are stored on your own devices and in storage you control. Spirantix does not maintain copies on our servers.
- You use your own AI account. Our agents run through your personal OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude) account. When an agent processes your information, that processing happens within your account under the privacy terms of the provider you chose. Spirantix does not sit in the middle and does not receive your conversations or files.
- Nothing is sold or used for training. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your photos, stories, or conversations to train AI models.
Because processing happens through your own AI account, we encourage you to review the privacy policy of your provider: OpenAI or Anthropic.
Face recognition
Some of our products can help recognize the faces of family and friends in your photos. This recognition is designed to run on your own hardware, with the resulting face data stored locally by you. We are still finalizing the specific technology we will use, and we will update this section with details, including the exact tooling and how face data is stored and deleted, before those features reach general availability.
What this website collects
- Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use them only to respond to you. They are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service and are not shared with anyone else or used for marketing lists.
- Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell visitor data.
Children
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The best protection for your data is that we never hold it. For the little we do receive (such as contact form messages), we use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
As our products grow, this policy will grow with them. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, highlight the changes on this site.
