Get the most from your Spirantix Concierge
Ask in your own words. Use these quick links to go directly to the help you need.
How to use
You do not need to learn any special words. Ask the way you would ask a friend.
What it is
The Spirantix Concierge is a helper you talk with in a chat. It remembers the people, photos, stories, and belongings your family tells it about, and it answers your questions about them.
What to say first
- Open the link you were given. It opens a chat.
- Say hello, then ask your question in your own words.
- If you are not sure where to begin, tap one of the four buttons, or simply say what you need.
One concierge, four kinds of help
You never have to choose who you are talking to. There is only one helper, and it takes you where you need to go.
- Remember -- ask about a person, a day, a trip, a reminder, or an item you already told it about.
- Capture -- give it something new to keep: a story, a reminder, a calendar event, or an item.
- Photos -- show, organize, and label photos and albums. Your full pictures stay in your own library.
- Update -- mark a reminder done, remove one, change its time or wording, or change or cancel a calendar event.
What it remembers
- The people in your family and what you tell it about them
- Photos and albums, labeled with the names you give them
- Voice stories attached to a photo, an album, or an item
- Reminders you set
- Items you record, along with their story
- Events you add to your calendar
What it will not do yet
- It does not give medical or legal advice. It will ask you to speak with a doctor or a lawyer.
- It does not recognize faces in this first release. It can only use names and notes you have already given it.
- It cannot start a conversation on its own. It waits for you to speak first.
- It cannot record audio inside the chat. You record a voice story on your own phone or on our page, and it helps you attach it.
- It does not seal a document in this first release. Sealing comes later, in the web app.
- To add events or activities we need to connect your calendar. Do you want to connect a Google account now?

Do I need a ChatGPT account to use the Concierge?
Yes. You will need a ChatGPT account and a Spirantix account, and the Concierge asks you to connect the two the first time you use it.
Is there a cost to use the Concierge?
There is no charge to use the Concierge today.
Can it change or cancel something already on my calendar?
To add events or activities we need to connect your calendar. Do you want to connect a Google account now?
Will it recognize people in my photos automatically?
No. It does not identify a person from a photo in this first release. It can only use the names and notes you have already given it.
Is a document sealed or certified when I add it?
No. Nothing is sealed when you add a document in this first release, and there is no seal yet to check. Sealing comes later, in the web app.
Can someone else help me use my account?
Yes. On your Spirantix web account, you can add a named helper by email. That person can add reminders and add calendar events for you, and you can remove them at any time.
Can the helper see everything I have stored?
No. A helper can only add reminders and add calendar events. Looking at your library is not part of this first release.
How will a reminder actually reach me?
Reminder delivery is planned through email with a calendar file attached, a Google Calendar event, or a text message. Acknowledging a reminder is a separate action you take with the Concierge.
Can I add a voice story?
Yes. You record it on your own phone or on the Spirantix page, and the Concierge walks you through attaching it to a photo, an album, or an item. It cannot record audio inside the chat itself.
Does it give medical or legal advice?
No. It will ask you to speak with a doctor or a lawyer.
What happens if it does not know the answer?
It says so plainly and lets the Spirantix team know, so the answer can be added later.
Is my information private?
Your conversation is processed through ChatGPT's infrastructure. Read the Spirantix privacy policy for details on how information is handled.
Does it work when I am offline?
Not yet. Offline mode is not available in this first release.
