Get started
Connect the Spirantix Concierge to ChatGPT
Five steps. One address to copy. No key to paste.
Before you start
You need a ChatGPT account. Custom connectors work on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu. On a work account, an administrator may need to allow them first.
Keep this page open. You will copy one address from it.
The address to copy:
https://api.spirantix.ai/mcp
Copy it exactly. No spaces before or after.
Add it in five steps
- Open ChatGPT and sign in.
- Open Settings, then Plugins. Some screens call this Apps and Connectors.
- Choose Add or Create. Some screens say Add custom connector.
- Name it Spirantix Concierge and paste the address above. Leave the other fields alone.
- Save it, then start a new chat and ask it something only your account knows, such as "What is on my calendar today?"
Menu labels move from time to time. If you do not see Plugins, look under Settings for Apps and Connectors, Connectors, or Advanced settings and Developer mode. To remove it later, open the same screen and choose Uninstall.
If it asks you to sign in
That is expected. ChatGPT opens a Spirantix sign-in page. Type your email and we send a one-time link. No password to remember.
Click the link in that email and the connection is approved. If the email does not arrive within a minute, check the spam folder. There is no key to paste and nothing to type twice.
Accounts are open. If you do not have one, sign in with your email address and it is created for you.
If something does not work
- It says the server cannot be reached. Check that the address starts with https and has no extra spaces.
- It says custom connectors are not available. Turn on Developer mode in Settings, or ask your workspace administrator.
- The sign-in page loops. Close the window, start again, and sign in at the Spirantix page first.
- The Concierge does not answer. Start a new chat. The connection is per chat, and a fresh chat picks it up.
